A native of Gujarat India Nirali graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws in 2015 majoring in Indian Common law from Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar India. She practiced corporate law, indirect tax and real estate while working in Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan in New Delhi from June 2015 to June 2019 and SRGR Law Offices in Noida, National Capital Region (NCR) from July 2019 to February 2020. She handled corporate maintenance, contract drafting and litigation management in the legal department of Ecom Express Limited in Gurgaon NCR from March 2020 to May 2021 and Geodis India Private Limited in Gurgaon India NCR July 2021 to October 2022.
Nirali is enrolled as a candidate at the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Canada and her goal is to practice law in Alberta. She joined Hansen and Company in November 2022 as a paralegal in Canadian and American immigration, corporate law and real estate. She is Commissioner of Oaths for Alberta and an RCMP approved fingerprint agent. She is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
