United States Immigration

Work Visas

We help both the Petitioning US company and the Beneficiary employee understand the immigration process and give you options in regard to the work visa and process most appropriate for your situation. We advise in the compilation of the requisite supporting documentation for each petition and can advise you on future immigration issues you may encounter after your initial entry into the US.

Family Sponsorships for Permanent Residency

Whether it is a spouse, parent, child, sibling or fiancé(e) you wish to join in the United States, we can advise you and your sponsoring relative of the most appropriate, efficient and quickest steps by which to proceed. We can also advise you of the possible pitfalls and dangers to avoid once your application has commenced.

During the application process, we can advise you of the things you will need to do and compile in anticipation of the next step—before US CIS even informs you of the next step. By being prepared to submit all the documentation required, as soon as US CIS requests them, you will be able to cut down, significantly, the overall processing time of your application which, in turn, will allow you to reunite with your sponsoring relative all the sooner.

Waivers of Criminality and Inadmissibility

Do all criminal records pose problems for people seeking to enter the United States? Once you have been denied entry to the United States, are you barred from entering again forever? Will a pardon of your criminal record be sufficient to gain entry into the United States? We will be able to answer these questions and advise you on your options in regard to your inadmissibility into the United States due to criminality.

Once we have determined the most appropriate type of application to overcome your inadmissibility to the United States, we will then help you compile the most comprehensive application on your behalf to the US CIS—and help you provide information we know will be supportive to your application—which, unfortunately, US CIS may not ask you directly on the forms themselves.

One thing we need to keep in mind is that if you are not a US citizen, you do not have a right to enter the United States. And if you have a criminal record or have committed immigration violations in the past, the US CIS has a very specific and legal ground by which to refuse you entry into the United States. However, while it has the discretion to refuse you entry, it also has the discretion to waive that ground of inadmissibility and admit you—but it is up to you to convince them that this latter discretion should be exercised.

For waivers of inadmissibility, we know what the US CIS is seeking and we will work with you to compile the best application possible on your behalf.
